This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the www.star1330.com website (the “Site”), which is provided to you by KWLO-AM (“we” or “us”), a KXEL BROADCASTING CO. INC. station.  This Privacy Policy governs our collection of information from you through your use of the Site.  It does not apply to any information you may provide to us through other means; for example, via mail, in person or via telephone.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.  By viewing, browsing, accessing or otherwise using this Site, you agree that such access and/or use, and any dispute regarding our online privacy practices, is governed by this Privacy Policy and our TERMS OF USE.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy in the future as we deem necessary.  If we do modify this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on this Site and change the “Last Updated” date above to reflect the date of the changes.  By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Privacy Policy as modified.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

This children's privacy statement explains our Site’s practices with respect to the online collection and use of personal information from children under the age of thirteen, and provides important information on your rights under federal law with respect to such information.

This is a general audience website and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. We screen users who wish to provide personal information in order to prevent users under the age of thirteen from providing such information. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally-identifiable information from a user under the age of thirteen, we will delete such information from our records. Information Voluntarily Supplied by Users

We may occasionally release information about visitors when release is appropriate to comply with law, to enforce our TERMS OF USE, or to protect the rights, property or safety of visitors to our Site, the public, or to us or our Site. Also, please also note that as our business grows, we may buy or sell various assets. In the unlikely event that KWLO-AM, some or all of our assets, or our Site is acquired by another company, information about our users may be among the transferred assets.

Our Site includes links to third party websites whose privacy policies we do not control. Once you leave our Site, any information you provide at another site will be governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting, which may differ from ours. Information we gather on our Site is stored within controlled databases (hosted by us or by a third party on our behalf). We cannot guarantee the security of any of our, or our service providers’, systems or databases, nor can we guarantee that information supplied will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.
